Core Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

- Run PPC Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Lead Acquisition: Focus on generating qualified property inquiries, site visit bookings, and investor registrations rather than generic clicks.
- Cost & Performance Tracking: Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Retargeting Funnels: Set up remarketing campaigns to re-engage warm prospects who previously visited project landing pages.

2. Social Media & Content Management

- Handle Social Profiles: Manage official brand and project pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Develop monthly content calendars featuring property walkthroughs, construction updates, customer testimonials, and festival/event posts.
- Copywriting: Write persuasive ad copy, WhatsApp broadcast texts, property brochures, and email newsletters.
- AI & Creative Tools: Leverage AI tools for prompt engineering, image concepts,



and design platforms like Canva to build marketing creatives.

3. Website & Local SEO

- Landing Pages: Manage website updates, property listings, and high-converting campaign landing pages.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement on-page SEO, keyword research, and meta-tag optimization to boost organic visibility.
- Google Business Profile (GMB): Optimize local GMB listings for different project sites to capture hyper-local property search traffic.

4. CRM & Sales Coordination

- Lead Management: Track, route, and update incoming digital leads inside CRM systems.
- Sales Alignment: Coordinate closely with the pre-sales and sales teams to ensure rapid follow-ups, monitor lead-to-site-visit conversions, and feed field feedback back into campaign targeting.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
