Job Description – Performance Marketer (PPC & Meta Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and optimize Google PPC Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, generate sales, improve conversions, and achieve profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Drive website sales and customer acquisition through performance marketing.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and product promotions.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.




- Manage advertising budgets and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Requirements

- Experience in Google PPC Ads and Meta Ads management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and D2C performance marketing.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
- Analytical thinking and a target-oriented approach.
- Experience with Shopify and jewellery/fashion brands will be preferred.

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: As per experience and skills
