About SOCH360+

SOCH360+ is a digital media initiative of Trade Link India Newspaper (Since 1983), focused on digital journalism, business promotion, media services, podcasts, advertising, and technology-enabled communication.

We are expanding our field marketing team and looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented Marketing Executives who can develop business relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, entrepreneurs, institutions, and organizations.
- Promote SOCH360+ media and advertising services in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Meet business owners, company directors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Promote digital advertising, business promotion packages, sponsored podcasts, interviews, and media visibility solutions.
- Explain services, share presentations, and coordinate with the central marketing team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert potential leads into customers.
- Maintain daily reports of meetings, visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and local business communities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct field visits and meet clients.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and online tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in media, journalism, advertising, digital marketing, field sales, or event sponsorship will be an advantage.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly fixed salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
