Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. The candidate should be capable of preparing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, and coordinating with consultants and site teams. Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, large-scale, or high-rise projects will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Assist in planning and designing residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale development projects.
- Work on villas, apartments, office spaces, warehouses, industrial facilities, and other building types as required.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve drawing-related issues.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
- Assist with material selection, design detailing, and preparation of project presentations.
- Incorporate client feedback and revise drawings as required.
- Maintain updated drawings, design documents, and project records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural visualization tools.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and space planning.
- Basic knowledge of building regulations, construction materials, and execution processes.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to residential, commercial, industrial, or large-scale architectural projects.
- Experience with high-rise buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of construction documentation and site coordination.

Work Location and Timings

Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday: As required, depending on project needs.
