Work directly with founders, engineers, and customer success.
Talk to users weekly and turn feedback into shipped improvements.
Strengthen core ATS workflows and expand AI where it truly helps.
Reduce friction, complexity, and product debt.
Measure what matters: usage, retention, time-to-hire.
You’ve scaled real B2B SaaS products, not just shipped v1.
ATS or AI product experience is a plus.
