Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other government tender portals. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, maintaining tender documentation and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, identify, and monitor relevant pharmaceutical tenders on the GeM portal and other government e-tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, EMD, tender fees and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids, quotations and tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle GeM Bid, Reverse Auction, L1 participation and order-related activities.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, QA, Regulatory, Production and Sales teams for required documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, orders and important deadlines.
- Track tender results, purchase orders and subsequent documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms,



conditions and submission requirements.
- Prepare comparative statements and maintain tender-related MIS/reports.
- Follow up with concerned government departments regarding tender queries, orders and documentation.
- Keep updated with changes in GeM policies, bidding procedures and government procurement requirements.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of GeM Portal is mandatory.
- Experience in handling government tenders/e-tenders.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation and bid submission processes.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Government Institutional Sales/Tenders will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates who have independently handled GeM bids from tender searching to bid submission and order processing will be given preference.

Salary: No bar for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
