## Key Responsibilities

* **Customer Connection:** Engage directly with consumers for support, perform telecalling duties, and actively pitch the product.

* **Technical Troubleshooting:** Utilize strong technical fundamentals to effectively solve user issues and address their concerns.

* **In office Engagement:** Work directly from the RACE office as part of the daily operational team.

## Requirements and Qualifications

* **Communication:** Must have excellent communication skills that are fluent, confident, and smart.





* **Technical Knowledge:** Basic technical knowledge with strong fundamentals is required.

* **Location Flexibility:** Candidates must be from the local area or willing to relocate.

* **Leadership (Bonus):** Possessing leadership skills and qualities is considered a bonus advantage for this role.
