We are seeking an experienced and competent Site Manager to oversee the overall operations of our crusher plant, ensuring efficient production, optimum aggregate output, consistent product quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to achieve production targets and maximize plant productivity.
- Monitor daily plant operations to ensure protected, efficient, and continuous production while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
- Supervise production personnel, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure appropriate training for effective execution of daily activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery and equipment, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and product specifications, addressing quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials, spare parts, fuel,



and other essential supplies.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production performance, equipment utilization, and operational costs to improve overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in crusher plant operations, quarrying, mining, or aggregate production.
- Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment, plant operations, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience in production planning, manpower management, and equipment maintenance coordination.
- Good understanding of aggregate quality standards, workplace safety, and operational cost control.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
