FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Financial Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, handle GST compliance, and support financial reporting and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, billing, and collections.
- Maintain purchase invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Manage vendor payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications





- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital accounting will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and numerical skills.
- Ability to maintain financial records and prepare reports for management.
