Job Summary

Purplle is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, lead the store team, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, retail sales, inventory management, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Purplle retail store.
- Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store hygiene, grooming standards, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

2. Sales and Business Performance

- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store profitability.
- Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other KPIs.
- Implement sales strategies to improve store performance.
- Promote ongoing offers, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

3. Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise Beauty Advisors and other store staff.
- Allocate duties, manage staff schedules, and monitor attendance.
- Conduct daily briefings, product training, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of store employees.

4. Customer Experience

- Ensure excellent customer service and personalized beauty recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure the team maintains high service standards.

5. Inventory and Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and product losses.




- Ensure proper handling and display of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.

6. Reporting and Compliance

- Track daily sales, inventory, attendance, and operational performance.
- Prepare and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate with the regional team and head office for operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader is preferred.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales targets, KPIs, inventory management, and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail requirements.

Working Conditions

- Full-time retail position.
- Rotational shifts based on store timings.
- Work location as per the assigned Purplle store.
