- Responsible for target achievement of vehicle, insurance, accessories, Exchange etc.
- To conduct Marketing events for lead generation.
- To ensure customer satisfaction during various stages of sales process.
- To present his/her visiting card to customer at the time of first contact.
- Ensure complete entry of all sales enquiries in GDMS.
- To keep his/her knowledge updated in HMIL product, competition and industry.
- Ensure proper need identification through probing.
- Give proper DEMO of the car to the customer as per SOP.
- Offer test drive to all customers and enter their feedback in GDMS.
- To advise on all payment / finance options available at dealership.
- To make sure end to end process from selling to delivery of the vehicle.
- Be present during delivery and ensure customer delight.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
