Position: Collection Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Recovery/Collections

Location: Saket, Current Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead the collections/recovery team.

* Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.

* Monitor collection performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

* Handle escalations and resolve complex delinquent accounts.

* Prepare MIS reports and analyze collection performance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Recovery/Collections (NBFC/Banking preferred).

* Strong team handling and leadership skills.

* Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

* Good knowledge of collection processes, skip tracing, and recovery strategies.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
