The Role We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to guide our clients through their financing journeys. Your main focus will be to connect with clients, understand their borrowing needs, and efficiently bring in and close recent leads.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experienced Professionals (2-3 years): If you have hands-on experience dealing with Home Loans and LAP (Loan Against Property), you are exactly who we are looking for.
- Driven Freshers:
New to the industry but have a natural talent for networking and generating leads efficiently? We want to hear from you.
- Trust Builders: You communicate clearly, build authentic relationships, and know how to make complex loan processes feel simple and stress-free for the client.
Compensation & Perks
- Experienced- Rs. 30000 fixed per month+ Incentives.
- Freshers- Rs. 20000 fixed per month+ Incentives.
**Incentives: Uncapped, performance-based incentives on top of your fixed pay.
