Job Summary

Parth Electricals & Engineering Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented Electrical Engineers for our Sales Department. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the electrical and engineering sector.
- Generate leads, contact potential customers, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and engineering solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical specifications, pricing, and order execution.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and records of sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or engineering industry.
- Good knowledge of electrical products, equipment, and engineering applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and understand technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
