PPC officer Dispatch

Qualification - Any

Responsibilities Plan and schedule raw material requirements based on monthly and weekly production plans.Monitor inventory levels of sheet metal, coils, consumables, and other materials to avoid shortages.Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely availability of raw materials.Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) as per customer schedules and forecast.Track supplier delivery schedules and follow up for on-time material receipts.Maintain optimum inventory levels to balance production needs and inventory cost.Analyze material consumption patterns and control excess or obsolete stock.Coordinate with quality and stores for material inspection and clearance.Generate and maintain reports related to material planning, shortages and stock status.Ensure FIFO implementation and proper documentation of material movement.
