Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum 5–8 Years in a Managerial Role)

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Minimize equipment breakdowns and improve machinery reliability.
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance, and proper documentation.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utilities maintenance.
