We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AI Data Specialist / Data Annotator to help prepare, label, validate, and organize high-quality datasets for AI and machine learning applications.

Job Summary

The AI Data Specialist / Data Annotator will work with different types of data, including text, images, documents, and structured datasets, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic technical knowledge, and an interest in AI tools, data annotation, and machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Annotate and label text, images, documents, and other datasets according to project guidelines.
- Review and validate annotated data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Categorize, classify, and organize datasets for AI and machine learning models.
- Identify incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent data and correct it as required.
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to support data preparation and annotation tasks.
- Perform data cleaning and quality checks using MS Excel and other relevant tools.
- Follow annotation guidelines, quality standards, and project-specific instructions.
- Maintain clear documentation of completed tasks and report recurring data issues.
- Collaborate with AI, data, and technical teams to improve data quality.
- Handle confidential information responsibly and follow data privacy requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- MS Excel: Data entry, filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and data organization.
- MS Office: Working knowledge of Excel,



Word, and other relevant applications.
- Data Annotation: Ability to label, categorize, and classify data accurately.
- AI Tools: Basic understanding and practical use of AI tools.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to write clear prompts and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Analytical Skills: Logical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.
- Communication: Ability to understand instructions and document findings clearly.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, and structured datasets.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Familiarity with image annotation, text classification, data tagging, or content labeling.
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or other coding languages.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data management tools.
- Experience with annotation tools, quality assurance, or dataset validation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates from Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred.
- Freshers with solid analytical skills and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools, annotation methods, and data quality processes.
