- Lead in-process, incoming, and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Review and approve inspection reports, quality records, and test documentation.
- Monitor production processes, analyze quality trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper utilization of measuring instruments and quality testing equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Design teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Train and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors on quality procedures and inspection techniques.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
