Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing Executive to promote our educational quiz app by visiting coaching institutes, tuition centres, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating the app, explaining its benefits, and onboarding institutes to use our platform and admin portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit coaching classes, tuition centres, and educational institutes daily.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the educational quiz app for teachers and institute owners.
- Explain app features and benefits, including student engagement and performance tracking.
- Convince institutes to adopt and use the platform.
- Assist institutes with onboarding and initial admin portal setup.
- Maintain daily visit records and lead reports.




- Follow up with interested institutes and convert leads into customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Sales and marketing experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English knowledge.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident personality with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications and technology.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily visits to 5–10 coaching institutes.
- Number of weekly app demonstrations conducted.
- Monthly institute onboarding targets.
- Lead conversion and follow-up performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
