About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager - Installation to lead our field installation operations. You will manage installation teams, ensure timely and high-quality service activation for customers, and drive operational efficiency across your region. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands broadband, fiber, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and oversee all customer installations (FTTH, broadband, wireless) to meet delivery timelines
- Lead and manage installation supervisors, team leaders, and field technicians
- Monitor KPIs such as installation turnaround time (TAT), first-time-right rate, and installation backlog
- Coordinate with sales, network operations, customer support, and logistics teams for smooth order-to-activation flow
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines
- Manage field inventory, CPE, and installation materials, and control wastage
- Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints related to installation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management
- Manage vendor and contractor partners, including performance reviews and payouts
- Train and upskill field teams on new products, tools, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, repeat visits,



and installation costs

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in telecom, ISP, or field service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of FTTH/GPON, broadband, and last-mile installation processes
- Experience managing large field teams and third-party vendors
- Good understanding of service activation, provisioning, and ticketing systems
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with MIS reporting and Excel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with field force management tools (e.g., workforce management or CRM apps)
- Knowledge of OTDR, power meters, and fiber splicing basics
- Experience in a high-volume subscriber workplace
- Fluency in English and the local language

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
