We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Content Creator who can come up with content ideas, create engaging Instagram Reels, design carousel posts, post stories, and help grow our social media presence.

The candidate should be comfortable taking an idea from concept to final post, including scripting, shooting, editing, designing, and publishing content. We are looking for someone who can think creatively and create content independently rather than waiting for instructions for every post.

Key Responsibilities

- Reels Creation: Develop ideas, write short scripts, shoot videos, edit reels, and create engaging short-form content.
- Instagram Stories: Create and publish daily stories, and other engaging content.
- Carousel & Slide Posts: Create informative, creative and visually appealing multi-slide posts for Instagram.
- Content Ideation: Research trends, identify content opportunities, and independently suggest new ideas.
- Content Planning: Prepare a weekly or monthly content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Video Editing: Add captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, and other elements to make content engaging.
- Social Media Publishing: Write captions, select relevant hashtags, schedule posts, and publish content.




- Trend Research: Keep up with trending audio, formats, memes, and social media trends relevant to the brand.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor views, reach, shares, saves, and engagement to understand what content works best.
- Independent Execution: Take ownership of content creation from brainstorming to publishing.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
- Ability to generate original content ideas independently.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Good visual sense, creativity, and storytelling ability.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions and short scripts.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- A portfolio of reels, social media posts, or personal content is preferred.
