Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM) with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have sound nursing knowledge, good patient-care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients according to established clinical protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and patient examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medication, and post-care instructions.




- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain nursing equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the patient-care area.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and follow hospital protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

- GNM qualification from a recognized nursing institution.
- 2–3 years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Valid nursing council registration.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including rotational shifts, if required.
- A caring, responsible, and professional attitude toward patients.
