Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Senior South Indian Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, vessels, and equipment.
- Assist with storing ingredients and maintaining stock properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Willingness to work in a resort environment.
