We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Trainer with strong expertise in corporate learning and development. The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programmes for employees across all departments and developing the knowledge and professional competencies of the HR team through structured, practical training.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training on Organisational Behaviour (OB), company policies, workplace ethics, professional conduct, communication, discipline, and work culture.
- Conduct employee induction, orientation, behavioural, motivational and professional development programmes.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for the HR team covering all HR functions.
- Train HR personnel on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Conduct specialised training on Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Develop training modules, presentations, manuals, case studies, and assessment materials.
- Conduct interactive workshops, practical sessions, and competency assessments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, identify learning gaps, and conduct refresher programmes.




- Monitor the learning progress and competency development of employees and the HR team.
- Prepare training calendars, feedback reports, and training effectiveness reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Training, HR Training, or Learning & Development.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in training methodologies, instructional design, facilitation, and employee development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to train employees across different departments and organisational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in the Construction Industry.
- Understanding of construction company operations, organisational structure, and workforce requirements.
- Experience in designing and delivering corporate training programmes within a construction company.
