1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer / Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's network infrastructure, servers, and IT systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted network connectivity across the organization.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware-related issues.
- Manage network security, access controls, and firewall policies.
- Maintain servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor internet connectivity and resolve downtime issues.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
- Perform regular network backups, updates, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve network performance and security issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and IT vendors.
- Maintain IT asset records and network documentation.




- Provide technical support to employees for network-related issues.

3. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and Active Directory.
- Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network security and firewall configuration.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud networking.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

4. Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ will be an added advantage.

5. Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
- Freshers with strong networking knowledge and relevant certifications may also apply.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Network uptime and availability.
- Timely resolution of network issues.
- Network security and performance.
- Reduction in network downtime.
- Successful maintenance and backup activities.
- Employee IT support satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
