Position: Senior Staff Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ICU / critical care.
- Experience in handling ventilators and critical care equipment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously.
- Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and other ICU equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Supervise junior nursing staff and ensure proper patient care.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety,



and ICU protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Manage emergency situations and provide immediate nursing interventions.

- Robust knowledge of critical care nursing.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
- Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
