Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team and oversee branding, digital marketing, and design initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Develop creative concepts for branding, digital marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, motion graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, and other teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Review and approve creative outputs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple creative projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing developments, and creative technologies.




- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in creative design, branding, digital marketing, or creative leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams.
- Robust portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, digital campaigns, and creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or technology company.
- Knowledge of video production, motion graphics, and AI-based creative tools.
- Experience handling client requirements and presenting creative concepts.
- Understanding of branding strategies and integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
