Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, food costs, inventory, and key operational KPIs.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards.
- Drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve assigned targets.
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of shift handling experience in restaurant operations, preferably within QSR, hospitality, food retail, or a similar industry.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.




- Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales performance, food costs, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
