Job Description:

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Stewards (KST) to join our kitchen operations team. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced restaurant environment and maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery and workstations.
- Handle dishwashing and ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen floors, storage areas and washing stations.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and operational requirements.




- Ensure proper waste disposal and follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the stewarding area.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen management.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with extended periods of standing.
- Punctual, disciplined and a team player.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
