Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day execution, monitoring and supervision of construction activities at the project site, ensuring proper coordination, documentation and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Civil Engineer in daily site supervision and execution.
- Monitor labour activities and ensure work is progressing as instructed.
- Check site measurements and assist in quantity calculations.
- Maintain daily records of labour attendance, material consumption and work progress.
- Assist in checking construction materials and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and site workers.
- Report site issues, delays and material requirements to the Civil Engineer.
- Maintain site documentation, photographs and daily progress reports.
- Ensure workers follow basic safety practices at the site.
- Assist in ensuring that construction work follows approved drawings and instructions.





Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with valuable practical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements and site activities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
