Job Summary

Preethi Silks is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in the textile, fashion, retail, or similar industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, social media, customer acquisition, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer reach.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Plan digital campaigns for new collections, offers, festivals, and seasonal promotions.
- Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, influencers, and other digital marketing partners when required.




- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated with trends in fashion, textile, retail, social media, and digital advertising.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in textile, fashion, retail, jewellery, lifestyle, or similar consumer-facing industries is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of digital marketing activities and deliver measurable results.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
