About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Operations Associate to manage marketing activities and coordinate daily operations across all our business verticals, including Mall of Salon, Make Me Artist, Aveda Education, XNAIL, and Nail Emporium.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate marketing activities and campaigns across all verticals.
- Coordinate social media content, creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Google Drive, business data, trackers, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and academy partners.
- Track leads, campaign performance, follow-ups, and project deadlines.
- Support workshops, events, launches, and other business activities.
- Assist management with day-to-day operations and execution of plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
