Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to develop and manage business opportunities across the Coimbatore region and surrounding industrial areas. The candidate will be responsible for B2B/industrial sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, project development and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent B2B and industrial leads through market visits, networking and references.
- Build and maintain relationships with industries, factories, builders, contractors, consultants and project companies.
- Conduct regular customer and site visits to understand requirements and develop projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, enquiry and quotation to negotiation and order closure.




- Maintain accurate CRM records, including leads, customer meetings, follow-ups, quotations, opportunities and sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Industrial Sales / B2B Sales experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in construction field preferred.
- Candidates from Coimbatore or surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up and sales conversion ability.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer and site visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and basic reporting.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field
