We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Control Panel Estimation & Documentation Engineer to handle cost estimation, technical documentation, and preparation of electrical drawings for control panels and industrial automation projects.

The candidate should have a valuable understanding of electrical control panels, electrical components, wiring diagrams, and panel manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimations and quotations for electrical control panels.
- Study customer enquiries, technical specifications, and electrical drawings.
- Select and calculate electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, PLCs, VFDs, SMPS, terminals, and other accessories.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) with component specifications and quantities.
- Calculate panel manufacturing costs, material costs, wiring costs, and assembly costs.
- Prepare electrical schematics, power and control circuit diagrams.
- Prepare GA drawings, wiring diagrams, terminal plans, and cable schedules.
- Maintain technical documentation and project records.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, design, and project execution teams.




- Communicate with vendors for component pricing and technical details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical control panel estimation and documentation.
- Knowledge of LT control panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, PLC panels, and VFD panels.
- Good understanding of electrical components and their applications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical / AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MS Excel for estimation and costing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial automation and control panel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IEC standards and electrical design practices.
- Understanding of vendor quotations, costing, and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
