Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales of SMT equipment, industrial machinery, and OEM products. The candidate should have experience in industrial machinery sales, customer acquisition, business development, and handling the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B customers in manufacturing and OEM industries.
- Generate sales leads through market research, networking, and customer visits.
- Promote and sell SMT equipment, industrial machinery, and OEM products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery.
- Handle end-to-end sales, from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to address customer requirements.




- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or machinery sales.
- Experience in OEM sales, manufacturing equipment, or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Strong experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Ability to independently manage the complete B2B sales cycle.
- Experience handling high-value machinery deals.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
