About Curious Minds: Curious Minds is an established educational institute providing academic coaching for Std. 11 and 12 and entrance exams. We are expanding our outreach team at our Manpada branch and seeking articulate, energetic Telecallers / Admission Counselors to connect with prospective parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call verified student and parent inquiries generated through institutional workshops, seminars, and campaigns.

- Counsel parents on course curriculum, teaching methodologies, and exam preparation roadmaps.

- Guide parents to visit the Manpada centre for diagnostic assessments, demo classes, and admissions.

- Maintain daily call records, follow-up schedules, and lead statuses in Google Sheets / CRM. • Consistently achieve weekly footfall and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- Experience:



6 months to 2 years in outbound telecalling, educational sales, or customer support (Energetic freshers with robust communication skills are welcome).

- Languages: Fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.

- Skills: Clear voice modulation, persuasive conversational skills, and polite phone etiquette. • Daily Target: Capacity to make 120–150 structured outreach calls per day.

- Commute: Thane residents preferred for convenient daily travel.
