Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month + unlimited incentives
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities:-
- Handle UK customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and chats.
- Assist customers with flight tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance, car transfers, and rentals.
- Offer competitive travel deals and convert enquiries into sales.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets in a performance-driven workplace.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UK/US voice-process travel sales.
- Must have experience in offline B2C voice sales.
- GDS knowledge is mandatory:



Galileo or Amadeus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Not eligible: Tour-handling profiles, online/web sales, and non-voice sales profiles.

Work Details:-
- Shift Options: 2:30 PM–11:30 PM / 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: Rotational, as per roster
- Cab Facility: Available
- Interview Process: First round telephonic, followed by face-to-face.
