Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR activities while gaining practical experience in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Assist with employee documentation and HR records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Help prepare HR reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
