We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic candidate to manage the daily operations of our bubble tea outlet in Kodungallur while preparing juices, bubble tea, and other beverages.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both beverage preparation and shop management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare bubble tea, fresh juices, and other beverages as per the menu.
- Manage daily shop operations and customer orders.
- Handle billing, cash management, and customer queries.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ingredient requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet.

Requirements





- Experience in juice making, bubble tea preparation, or food and beverage operations is preferred.
- Basic billing, stock management, and customer service skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, based on experience.
- Full-time, in office position.
- Opportunity to grow with the business.
