Agency Directory & Visibility Executive – Digital Marketing & IT Services

We are looking for an Agency Directory & Visibility Executive to improve our company's online presence across business directories, digital marketing agency listing platforms, service marketplaces, review websites, and relevant industry portals. The role focuses on identifying suitable platforms, creating and optimizing agency profiles, maintaining accurate business information, improving service visibility, and strengthening our company's discoverability among potential clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong online research skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of how businesses discover, compare, and evaluate digital marketing agencies and IT service providers online.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant business directories, digital marketing agency directories, IT service listing websites, review platforms, and industry-specific portals where the company can create or improve its presence.
- Research platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Sortlist, Google Business Profile, and other relevant business listing websites.
- Create, claim, update, and maintain company profiles across suitable directories and agency listing platforms.
- Ensure business information—including company name, website, contact details, service descriptions, location, and business categories—is accurate and consistent.
- Optimize agency profiles with relevant service keywords, company descriptions, portfolio details, project information, case studies, and other available profile fields.
- Identify suitable categories and service specializations for website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other IT and digital marketing services.




- Research platform-specific requirements, verification processes, listing guidelines, subscription options, and profile improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a structured database of directories, profile URLs, login or access status, submission dates, verification status, listing requirements, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor profile completeness, listing approvals, visibility opportunities, referral traffic, enquiries, and other available performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to showcase company projects, client reviews, testimonials, certifications, portfolio items, and business achievements where appropriate.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to collect accurate company information, service details, case studies, and supporting materials.
- Review existing listings periodically to identify outdated information, duplicate profiles, missing details, and improvement opportunities.
- Explore relevant industry portals, local business directories, niche marketplaces, and other legitimate platforms that may help potential clients discover the company.
- Prepare regular reports on directory coverage, profile completion, submissions, approvals, and visibility improvement activities.

- Candidates with experience in business listings, directory submissions, agency profile management, local SEO, off-page SEO, or digital marketing support will be preferred.
- Candidates familiar with Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush, Sortlist, Google Business Profile, or similar platforms will have an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently research relevant websites, follow submission guidelines, organize information, and maintain accurate records are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants should understand the importance of accurate business information and legitimate profile-building practices rather than relying on bulk or irrelevant directory submissions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
