Role & Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful interaction with customers.
- Follow the required process and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate details of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate candidates from any stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Solid problem-solving and listening skills.
