Position: Italian & Continental Chef
Location: Rohini, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

- Expertise in Italian and Continental cuisines.
- Hands-on experience in preparing pasta, pizza, risotto, sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups and other continental dishes.
- Knowledge of authentic recipes, sauces, seasonings and plating techniques.
- Ability to develop innovative and attractive menu items.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, food inventory and portion control.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and quality.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Italian & Continental Chef.
- Robust culinary skills and creativity.
- Knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
- Passion for quality food and customer satisfaction.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and expertise

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
