Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work toward sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Explain product or service features clearly and confidently
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads until closure
- Record and update customer details in CRM or sales trackers
- Coordinate with the field sales or operations team when required
- Achieve monthly sales targets and activity goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred




- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing sales
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Solid convincing and negotiation ability
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
