Job Description – Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential property buyers and investors.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Arrange site visits and explain project details.

Follow up with clients, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and documentation teams.

Maintain lead records and sales reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Solid sales and relationship management abilities.

Knowledge of the real estate market.

Lead generation and deal-closing skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
