Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor (School)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms, washrooms, corridors, staff rooms, laboratories, library, playgrounds, and school premises.
- Ensure classrooms are clean and ready before school hours and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
- Monitor washroom hygiene, drinking water areas, and waste disposal.
- Ensure protected cleaning practices around students and staff, especially during school hours.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and performance.
- Ensure proper stock and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.




- Promptly report maintenance issues, spills, safety hazards, and hygiene concerns to management.
- Support cleanliness arrangements during school events, assemblies, and parent meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a school or educational institution.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong focus on hygiene, safety, discipline, and cleanliness standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
