Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and selection.
- Candidate Sourcing: Find suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Resume Screening: Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Job Portal Management: Post job openings and manage applications on platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and employee onboarding.
- HR Operations: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, hiring reports,



and basic employee records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and hiring priorities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a people-oriented approach.
