Role Overview:

The Head Psychologist will lead all psychology and therapy functions, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. This role involves direct patient work along with building therapy frameworks, supervising teams, and standardizing practices across centres.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead psychological assessments, case formulation, and therapy planning for patients
- Design and implement therapy protocols (individual, group, family therapy)
- Supervise and mentor psychologists, counsellors, and therapists across centres
- Ensure consistent documentation, case notes, and therapy standards
- Work closely with psychiatrists and medical teams for integrated treatment plans
- Handle complex/high-risk cases and provide clinical guidance




- Develop structured rehabilitation and behaviour modification programs
- Train and upskill therapy teams on best practices and current interventions
- Support new centre setups from a therapy and program design perspective
- Ensure ethical practices and patient confidentiality at all times

Key Requirements:

- M.Phil / Clinical Psychology (RCI Licensed mandatory)
- 5-8+ years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation, addiction, or mental health setup.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
