Key Responsibilities:

- Teach theory and hands-on practicals for the CCTV Installation Technician course according to the approved curriculum and session plan.
- Show trainees how to install, configure, wire and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, cabling, power supply and basic networking for IP cameras.
- Keep the lab, tools and equipment safe and in working order, and teach electrical safety and good workplace practices.
- Keep daily attendance, session logs, assessment records and trainee progress reports as the project requires.
- Prepare trainees for assessment and certification, and help with placement readiness, including interview preparation and employer visits.
- Organise extra practice or remedial sessions for trainees who need more support.
- Work with the Centre Manager, the mobilisation team and the placement team to meet batch targets.

Requirements: Must-have

- Practical,



hands-on knowledge of installing and maintaining CCTV and surveillance systems (analogue and IP).
- Ability to teach clearly in Hindi, with basic English for technical terms and documents.
- ITI, diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical or a related trade (suggested).
- 1–2+ years of industry or training experience in CCTV or security systems (suggested).
- Must be able to work at Belgaria, Dhanbad.

Preffered :

- ToT (Training of Trainers) certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council (preferred, suggested).
- Earlier experience as a trainer in a government-funded or NSDC-affiliated skill programme.
- Knowledge of networking basics (IP addressing, routers, PoE switches) and mobile-app-based remote viewing.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Sheets) for reporting.

Location: JRDA Training Centre, Belgaria, Dhanbad, Jharkhand (on-site) Joining: Immediate Salary: 17000 - 20,000 Benefits: PF , ESIC Working days: 6 days in a week hours: 48 Hours.
