* Customer Greeting & Reception: Welcome customers as they arrive for scheduled service, free services, or running repairs, and document vehicle details.

* Needs Assessment & Inspection: Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, listen to customer concerns, and note down maintenance or repair requirements.

* Job Card Creation: Open and manage digital or physical job cards detailing the scope of work.

* Estimates & Approvals: Explain service schedules, oil/filter replacements, spare parts costs, and labor estimates to the customer, securing their approval before work begins.

* Liaison with Technicians: Communicate customer complaints clearly to mechanics/supervisors and track the progress of the two-wheeler in the workshop.

* Updates & Upselling: Inform customers of any additional repairs found during inspection, suggest value-added services or accessories, and update clients when their vehicle is ready.

* Billing & Delivery: Explain the final bill, hand over the vehicle at the delivery bay, and manage post-service follow-ups (PSF) to ensure customer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
