Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase laboratory business and customer base.
- Identify and approach potential clients from food industries, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing units, hospitals, institutions, water treatment plants, apartments and other industries.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote laboratory testing services including Food, Water, Microbiological, Chemical, Environmental and Air Quality Testing.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and technical team regarding customer requirements, quotations, sample collection and reports.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and business enquiries.
- Conduct regular client visits and market surveys.
- Manage and guide marketing executives and customer relationship personnel.
- Monitor daily/weekly marketing activities, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and long-term business relationships.




- Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales performance reports for management.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business-development skills.
- Ability to build professional client relationships.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Experience in laboratory testing, food industry, environmental services, water testing or related industries will be an advantage.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills or experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
